Who provides the loan?

The credit provider is identified in the legal information below and in your loan documents. Visa Money guides you to the lender's application and support channels.

Can I apply if I hold an Australian visa?

Contact the team to check whether your visa type and circumstances meet the lender's current criteria. We do not promise acceptance for any particular visa subclass. Your income, expenses and ability to repay also need to be assessed.

What will a loan cost?

The cost depends on the product, amount and term. Review the lender's fees and charges and the full repayment schedule in your offer before accepting. Missed payments may lead to additional charges under your contract.

How quickly will I receive a decision?

Timing depends on verification, the information supplied and the assessment. If approved, payment timing also depends on your bank. There is no guaranteed approval or funding time.

Will my credit history be checked?

The lender assesses your credit history alongside your current finances. A credit application may involve a credit enquiry. Read the lender's credit reporting and privacy information before applying.

What if I'm having trouble with repayments?

Contact the lender as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances and request hardship assistance. For a complaint, use its complaints process. Information about independent dispute resolution is available at AFCA.
